Shipping policy

The Microsoft Store offers U.S. domestic ground shipping for eligible orders, our lowest-carbon-emission shipping method. Standard air freight has higher carbon emissions than ground freight (this data was calculated by Microsoft using the framework adopted by the Global Logistics Emissions Council in January 2020, comparing the carbon emissions of ground freight and standard air freight from a U.S. distribution center to the customer's location).

Shipping Method: Ground Freight - Free - 3 to 7 Business Days

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Microsoft, which includes the designated carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and tracking number.
